The Coming Bowel Movement

The Obamabots, those glassy-eyed subhuman species who thrill to the tingles every lie the great one tells, stood up last week and shouted “Thank You!” to the great one as he made fun of every red blooded American freedom lover on the streets protesting his tax and spend policies.

Obama makes light of anti-tax protests. President Obama said during a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in Miami on Thursday that he was "amused" by tea party rallies across the US, observing that he has signed tax cuts into law. Obama told the crowd at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, one of two Miami DNC fundraisers he attended Thursday, that he has "cut taxes, contrary to the claims of protesters." The President said, "You would think they'd be saying thank you." Many in the crowd then "stood and yelled, 'Thank you!'

Well, this red-blooded American says No Thanks, Mr. Obama. No thanks indeed.

You lied on lowering taxes.

You lied on transparency.

You lied on being a centrist; in fact you are as extreme as they come.

You lie on lying; you are doing so right now on the VAT taxes you can’t wait to push the overcharge button to initiate.

You are the epitome of everything the founders warned us about. You are at best a Socialist and at worst a Marxist and we are not buying what you are selling. Not one little bit.

Yesterday your evil twin over at ACORN turned her Alinsky poisoned spirit on the Tea Party Movement, calling us a Bowel Movement. I can just see you and your Chief of Staff giggling in utter delight as you watched that particular video, sitting back on your haunches like the dogs that you are, laughing in delight with the word picture Bertha Lewis spat off her vile tongue. What you and Congress don’t yet realize, sir, is that the description is actually a perfect turn of phrase to depict what we have in mind for you as we turn these last 14 months around starting this November.

We are the teaming masses sir, we are the people! We are the real article and if there is one thing we know, it is just how powerful we are. We are more powerful than you can ever imagine. We are so committed to the internal cleansing of this nation that you will look back on your ACORN assisted usurpation of the White House and wish you had never bound us up with your actions. We embrace that description Mr. Obama. We vow to be the laxative this country needs as our cleansing action is totally aimed at you and your associated parasites.

Nature does have a way of dealing with its infections, sir, and you are the head of this particular plague on our great and exceptional nation. We fully recognize that you are the biggest source of the constipation plaguing our system of government as you seek to control all aspects of society and then set about shredding every vestige of liberty within our constitution. I predict you will see the culmination of this first of several cleansings in this coming election and that it will be the largest evacuation of parasites you have ever witnessed as your plan dissolves into so much putrid liquid and global warming caused methane as we work out our constitutional cleansing on you.

I trust that this election you come to realize exactly how deeply your pogrom has failed. I trust this will be the most humiliating moment you will ever live through and that you will writhe with all the pain you have bestowed onto the collective good and decent citizens of this great country as you watch this empire you have tried to build dissolve into the very pile of excrement that it is. May the waves of cramps that these movements promise to instill be prolonged, excruciating, revealing, and unbearable for you and your faux presidency.

May this particular movement expose you for the marxist individual that you are and may your ensuing stench cause you to be bereft of your friends, all trust, any stature and all hope that the cleansing will end soon, sir - as no one will be able to bear to be in the same room with you, let alone continue to cover your effusive behind anymore. I pray that God in heaven will show you for the very constipated spirit that you are and that He causes you to end your regime in all the lame duck glory you deserve, just as weak as a kitten.

We proud Americans will then set about the work we are not too ashamed or too unwilling to do, to clean up the crap you have sprayed over this great country and our constitution.

The Imminent Death of American Healthcare

A Pre-Decedent Death Vigil Notice

American Healthcare has been given her death panel. She will be sentenced to die of a disease called Socialized Medicine, a disease better known as “Obamacare”.

The President and our legislators Pelosi and Reid tell us her death is to occur on or before Easter 2010. Like the Christmas Eve vote, once again they determine to remove not only the joy of our Christian holiday, but the hope of our future health.

While not perfect, American Healthcare has provided her citizens and the citizens of all nations with comfort and healing throughout the generations. She has given renewed health to the infirm, made the lame to walk, healed the uninsured accident victim, and enabled the cancer victim to walk away cancer free on untold occasions. She has done so without question, regardless of the ability to pay. A miracle worker every day, her hallowed abilities will be sorely missed by all. American Healthcare surely is a hero loved by all.

American Healthcare has treated Kings not as fortunate for medical advancement within their own borders, as well as has provided worldclass treatment for the poorest and sickest of humanity throughout the world. Prime Ministers from socialist countries enter her beds for premier heart surgeries; just as the downtrodden, those found beaten and left for dead on "Anywhere Alley", USA have received the same tender loving care. Untold Millions have exited her doors in restored health - whole and healed. The sick child from Haiti, the Leukemia patient from England, the brain tumor victim from Canada, the Siamese twins from India and we are always welcome in her beds.

Indeed, American Healthcare, along with her helpers, our physicians and nurses, repeatedly open their beds to treat the masses from all walks of life. American healthcare is blind to station, but never to those desperately in need of world class treatment for life threatening conditions – oftentimes at no cost to the patient.

Now we citizens are told they will install panels to decide what treatment we will be permitted to receive. If we are not of prime age or perfect health, we will be given over to death panels whose job it will be to provide us with counseling to end our lives, to order lesser care, or perhaps a letter offering to pay for the drugs for our suicide – all to “insure” 30 million people.

What else will they do? We know they will enter our checking accounts for auto withdrawals, track our health through the IRS, and tax or jail us if we refuse to buy their insurance. We know they will use our tax dollars to provide for abortions and the continued culling of the human race. As was proposed in the American Mecca of socialized medicine (Massachusetts) just Thursday; should we also expect that our faith-based and deeply personal circumcision decisions be outlawed for cost containment reasons?

Once American Healthcare dies, there will be nowhere else in the world for anyone to go for premier care and the newest advancements in medicine. Where can we go where we are assured the best care in the world regardless of our wealth or ability to pay? No other country will offer us what America offers now. Rather, we are being warned by nearly 45% of the doctors that they will no longer be able to afford to practice. They will be forced to retire.

Our taxes will increase, in exchange for receiving substandard care. Our choices will no longer be our own, and our own doctors may very well choose to close their doors.

Please join us to pray for American Healthcare’s miracle – the very miracle she has given so many of us - renewed health and reprieve from certain death. A candlelight vigil for the wellbeing of American Healthcare is scheduled for Sunday, March 7th at NCH Main Hospital in front of the parking garage on US 41 at 7:30 – 8:30 PM. We will meet there this Sunday and every Sunday evening thereafter until we see this big government American Healthcare death panel fail.

Bring your candles, your bibles to “cling to” and the words to the song “We shall Overcome”. We will pray fervently for the death of the Obamacare in order to save the life of American Healthcare.

Creeping Gradualism

I am so shocked by the following series of articles, yet I have heard barely a ripple of conversation, news reports or pundit discussion concerning its content.

It feels very much like a deep black hole in the information age.

The below articles provides the missing pieces to a very complex puzzle that causes one pause.

Presidential Assassinations of U.S. Citizens
Last week, Glen Greenwald of Salon.com wrote about a shocking revelation buried in a Washington Post article by Dana Priest which described how the Obama administration has adopted the Bush policy of targeting selected American citizens for assassination if they are deemed by the President to be "terrorists". As The Washington Times' Eli Lake reports, Adm. Dennis Blair was asked about this program at a Congressional hearing Tuesday and he acknowledged its existence:

The U.S. intelligence community policy on killing American citizens who have joined al Qaeda requires first obtaining high-level government approval, a senior official disclosed to Congress on Wednesday.

Director of National Intelligence Dennis C. Blair said in each case a decision to use lethal force against a U.S. citizen must get special permission. . . .He also said there are criteria that must be met to authorize the killing of a U.S. citizen that include "whether that American is involved in a group that is trying to attack us, whether that American is a threat to other Americans. Those are the factors involved."

Where have we heard words like those before?

It is quite a dangerous situation the American people find themselves in, although as a whole, we just don’t know it yet. I am going to do my best attempt to explain why.

It's bringing the frog to a slow boil.

In 1930’s Austria they called it "Creeping Gradualism".

We used to be against tyranny in this country. We fought and won World Wars against it. We fought and won the Revolutionary War for the same reason.

We are a nation completely blind to what is to become of us, what danger awaits us, but I believe that before we know it we are all in danger of being deemed "a threat to other Americans" simply because we don't like the loss of our freedoms and we are organizing to push against this monolithic governmental empire they are creating.

Flashback: We were already identified as potential terrorists in the DHS directive last April. The (U//FOUO) Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment document clearly states " the threat posed by lone wolves and small terrorist cells is more pronounced than in past years. In addition, the historical election of an African American president and the prospect of policy changes are proving to be a driving force for rightwing extremist recruitment and radicalization."

My concerns run deep on this issue and although it has constantly nagged me for nearly a year, I just couldn’t put my finger on what was bothering me so deeply - besides the obvious, of course. I knew something was drastically wrong, but I didn’t have all the pieces.

Adding the revelation of presidential directive to the puzzle last week and this newest article today, “Obama Admin wants to track cellphones; 'Americans enjoy NO reasonable expectation of privacy', I feel a chill so deep that no Florida sun can penetrate. All the pieces have tumbled into place in my mind.

This President will try Abdulmutallab the pantibomber, KSM of USS Cole fame (whose tribunal he stopped after his admission of guilt at the military trial), and Hasan the infamous soldier slayer in US Civilian Courts.

Obama via Holder will afford them constitutional protection. He has mirandized them. They have just finished trying Pakistani Scientist Aafia Siddiqui and found her guilty of two counts of attempted murder of US Soldiers in Civilian Criminal Courts - yet he ORDERS assassinations on US Citizens without benefit of trial?

At least Bush was consistent in his directive (if that can be considered a plus at all) - but this president acts without the equality of the thing and orders the murder of Americans at the same time he fiercely protects terrorists. Not only that, but he calls it racism to do otherwise.

Do we at all understand what this means to those of us born and raised in America? To the everyday natural citizens of these United States?

Do we know what criteria they are using to determine these American citizens are "terrorists"?

Is it just the newly granted citizens, those who are now known to be terrorists but who somehow made it through citizenship without detection - or is it something far more insidious, something that we only got a whiff of in last April’s DHS missive?

What are the criteria Mr. President? List it out for us, please.

Inquiring minds want to know.

Is it simply okay to give admitted terrorists access to our Constitutional Rights, yet not afford our own citizens those same rights?

Apparently that is our brave new world of hope and change.

The Freedom Stealing Trifecta and One Party Rule

The Patriot Act has effectively suspended the Writ of Habeus Corpus for American Citizens.

It allows them to search us at will and detain us indefinitely under "suspicion".

It affords us NO access to speedy trials or even an attorney on the "assumption" that we are a threat.

Apparently it also allows them to assassinate us.

Yet they afford admitted terrorists fair trials with our tax dollars even when they are caught trying to set off a bomb in their panties on a planeload of Christmas Vacationers! SCOTUS stripped us of our right to have an attorney present in May of last year, but this apparently doesn’t apply to terrorists.

The entire purpose of habeas is to say, “Look at me! I’m being detained/abused/disenfranchised contrary to law”. If there’s no writ available, the result is that the government can hold you “against the law”. Since the writ encompasses the full scope of our Constitutional rights, it’s a logical conclusion is to say that while it’s suspended, Americans currently have NO exercisable constitutional rights.

My heart is heavy and my mind is boggled by this as I witness and hear of case after case against our Constitutional and God given rights. Fathers denied their children, children on no fly lists who cannot find recourse to be removed, citizens who are subjected to unlawful search and seizures, and the list goes on and on.

Effectively, they are saying they have all power to do all things because Congress has given the powers of Military License and Force to "protect" citizens, while in reality they take away ALL our liberties in the Patriot Act.

The President, by saying “I can kill you at will because I am the President of the United States and I believe you to be a "terrorist" threat.”, literally means you have a "free for all" from the government’s perspective.

The door has slammed shut on your freedoms.

Creeping gradualism is no longer creeping, my friends, the serfdom has arrived.

What is considered our most basic liberty, our writ of habeas corpus, was finally and completely removed between the trifecta of the AUMF of 2001, the Executive Directive of assassination, and The Patriot Act. All of this because of the very terrorists we are mirandizing right now.

We The People vs The Machine

The Constitution of the United States very clearly states:

1) Congress has the power to declare war.

2) Constitutional provisions cannot be altered by statute.

Based on those 2 points, it is interesting to note that Congress has not actually declared war since Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania on June 5, 1942. They have however, declared many Military Engagements and AUMF's (Authorizations of Use of Military Force) as the functional equivalent of a declaration of war.

In Point 2, nothing in the Constitution can be reasonably construed to allow Congress to reallocate powers to themselves in a more palatable or politically expedient manner. Yet that is precisely the effect the War Powers Resolution, by which "AUMFs" are passed, has done.

It has given them all encompassing political power.

In a time such as this with One Party Rule, this use becomes especially apparent as it did in the late 70’s, the early 90’s, the early to mid 00’s and now again this past year. The problem is that without the checks and balances, soon you become a single party system as seen in the 30’s and 40’s Austria, Germany, China, and are witnessing in Venezuela today through Chavez and his "istas".

Additionally, that is exactly how those currently in Congress intend to continue to use it to order to remain in power with the recent (Massachusetts, Virginia and New Jersey and the rise of the TEA Party) threats to their One Party Rule status. See Will Obama Play the War Card?

The War Powers Resolution limits Presidential authority in the use of force without an official resolution or declaration of war by Congress.

The controversial question then becomes, "Where the provisions therein are consistent with the Constitution". According to Wikipedia, in an argument for the unconstitutionality of the War Powers Resolution by Philip Bobbitt, it states that


"The power to make war is not an enumerated power" and the notion that to declare" war is to "commence" war is a "contemporary textual preconception". The Framers of the Constitution believed that statutory authorization was the route by which the United States would be committed to war, and that 'declaration' was meant for only total wars, as shown by the history of the Quasi-War with France (1798–1800); in general, constitutional powers are not so much separated as "linked and sequenced"; Congress's control over the armed forces is "structured" by propriation, while the president commands; thus the act of declaring war should not be fetishized."
Bobbitt also argues that "A democracy cannot ... tolerate secret policies" because they undermine the legitimacy of governmental action.”

Based on the in depth analysis of this explanation, the Constitution authorizes Congress to declare war, but it does not authorize Congress to declare Military Force, License or pseudo-wars whether or not they are politically expedient. The “preconception” is actually a misconception and a severe one at that.

3) In light of points 1 and 2, regardless of what Congress may have done, purposed or purports to do in the way of authorizing force, the AUMF is constitutionally a “brick short” of a war declaration.

This leaves the question of whether we have a need to consider or obey the war-time powers of the President - as they have not actually been constitutionally activated.

Logic dictates that the Executive Decision of the President to Assassinate US Citizens is then simply a legal loophole to authorize sending out “hit men” on American Citizens because he (or any of the organizations that he may empower) arbitrarily deem them to be terrorists.

In light of the DHS directive, secret watch lists and any number of things the American public cannot possibly know about, this indeed is a very dangerous position to find ourselves in as average Americans.

4) The Due Process clause of the 5th Amendment states quite clearly that government shall not deprive any person of life without due process of law.

A secret, unilateral, unreviewable determination that an individual is a “terrorist” by the President doesn't in any way, shape or form constitute "due process".

The Door Slamming Shut

The problem we face with this directive doesn't lie with shooting an enemy combatant who is shooting at us, regardless of whether that person is a US Citizen, nor does it include fighting true terrorists. It certainly doesn't concern capturing them, imprisoning them, interrogating them, or killing them before they kill us as those are all "normal" war time activities.

No, the problem lies with effectively calling out a "hit" on an American Citizen whom they arbitrarily determine is a risk, without due process, without a jury of our peers, without known proof or warning, while at the same time securing those same constitutional rights to known enemy combatants and war criminals they have just denied the newly declared American citizen “terrorist”.

Here are two very specific stances of our most recent President's:

1) Targeting specific individual citizens whom they believe have ill intent and ordering them shot on sight, presumably “in other countries”, although Blair didn’t actually use those parameters in his description of the directive.

2) The fact is that they view the world as their battlefield in this AUMF, including hits on citizens of the US, sending drones, secret or pseudo secret actions in Yemen, Pakistan and any other country they damn well please, without concern to collateral damage or definitive proof.

There is war, then there is just playing dirty. I understand that sometimes during war, playing dirty is collateral - it's called strategy - but this is beyond that. This is simply playing dirty most of the time, more so on American Citizens than on the actual enemy. An enemy who consistently breaks the rules of engagement no less: who has no uniforms, no marching orders, just murderous intent regardless of the collateral damage it may cause. In fact, they delight in murdering innocent citizens on their way to work or home for the holidays.

In reality, what highlights an American Citizen as a "terrorist"? Do we know?

We have no idea their criteria, but we have hints to what it might be that constitutes a "terrorist".

4 We have the Terrorist Watch list. Many of us left-titled "right wing extremists" (who are actually just natural and patriotic citizens) are probably teetering on the brink of being on that one because this president doesn't like dissent for his policies. In fact the DHS report says as much.

We may very well reside there simply because we are either Veterans, don't believe in abortion, do believe in the Second Amendment Right to Bear Arms, or we “cling” to our bibles. What of those who act as recruiters to community organizing conservatives, are bloggers, tea partiers, or any other ludicrous thing they can think of to include to marginalize and attack us?

4 We have the "No Fly List" (which houses untold natural US citizens), and

4 We have recent “questionable” citizenships they examine – unless, of course, they are Muslim – for that would be racist profiling.

4 Furthermore we have no access to any of the above lists, nor do we know if we, as an individual sit on either of the first two “lists”, and if we do, why we are there. We apparently can't find recourse to be removed from said list as recent revelations by those who find themselves on said list can attest.

This leads to the very real conclusion that anyone on a no fly list, a government deemed “right wing extremist” or virtually anyone the government targets could realistically be shot on sight or meet some other fatal event, even though he may have no prior knowledge of being on some list somewhere. The question that follows this conclusion then is: would that include his or her traveling companions as well? What if there are children around this big bad townhall attendee, veteran or tea partier?

Who’s to say since the world is the administrations battlefield, that regular people couldn’t meet with some “unfortunate accident” in their own backyard or driving to work one day? Who’s to say it couldn’t be one of us? Will we be shocked then?

The meaning of this executive directive is simply too broad, too secret, too arbitrary and far too outside the confines of the Constitutional boundaries under which our leaders rule. When considering we have 8 year olds who have been battling to be removed from the no fly list for 3 years, who are surely no danger to the US, it is highly likely there are other innocents who have been deemed dangerous to the US. I can easily extrapolate that list could include those of us who disagree with this president’s policies, whom he has already called out as “extremists”, and of which the DHS has further extrapolated the term to mean “terrorists” - or at the very least “terrorists in the making”.

The fact is that individual citizens have no chance to defend themselves against such a charge and it is a charge unbeknownst to them in most cases. They are a target and the President can simply say “just take them out”. That quickly. POOF! You are no more.

Combine those facts with the newly revealed adjacent "policy" that tells us the government has purposely allowed known terrorists into the US for Surveillance purposes. A policy which obviously has the potential to foment war upon the citizens of these United States, since such a one could escape surveillance easily enough in order to do the dirty deed they came here to do.

For good measure add in the loss of our economic freedoms that has been proven to have been brought upon us through a combination of congress, President’s (CFR and redistribution initiatives), cabinet appointees (deregulation of SEC trading rules), and the purposeful, proven “negligence” of the Federal Reserve. It becomes clear that we now have quite a dangerous stew of policies going on in this country today. Policies that should deeply disturb all of us.

We can’t fight it, we don't know exactly what it is. Even if we did, they won’t listen because it contains their belief in superiority, their political expediency to remain in control, and entitled elitism. Nor do we have the funds left to flee or to protect ourselves against it, which is exactly the definition of our "economic freedoms".

They are playing quite dangerously with the rights afforded us by our constitution: our safety, security, privacy, redress, petition, protest, due process, economic freedom, and our personhood rights - those of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. They are manipulating with their pseudo-war time activities. They are playing in such a way as to endanger ALL US Citizens, not just those deemed “bad seed” - and they dare say we the people are the threat to this country?

Are we a threat to their policies through peaceful resistance? I certainly hope we are.

Are we a threat to their plans to stay in power through the web of campaign contributions, States of Emergencies and further pseudo-war actions they themselves have built? We had better be.

Are we a threat to their ever increasing credit lines and their license to makes us all serfs?

If we aren’t, we might as well hand over our property and simply lie down in the coffin now, for we can all be labeled “terrorist serfs” now.

I'm Tired

Every single day... My job is to aggregate the news, for about 300,000 readers every day of the week.

It’s like watching a slow motion train wreck on the Obama Team to switching the channel to the three stooges on the Republican side.

Will they ever learn that we get it?

We get their lies and their half truths.

We know they are wagging the dog.

Obama Report: We Knew Extremist Was On Detroit Flight “Administration officials initially had tried to downplay the incident. Already, we've taken several steps to achieve that goal. For the first time since 2002 (blame Bush), we're providing the necessary resources and strategic direction to take the fight to the extremists who attacked us on 9/11 in Afghanistan and Pakistan. We're investing in the 21st century military and intelligence capabilities that will allow us to stay one step ahead of a nimble enemy. We have re-energized a global non-proliferation regime to deny the world's most dangerous people access to the world's deadliest weapons (really, is that what you call this?). And we've launched an effort to secure all loose nuclear materials within four years. We're better protecting our border, and increasing our preparedness for any future attack or natural disaster. We're building new partnerships around the world to disrupt, dismantle, and defeat al Qaeda and its affiliates. And we have renewed American diplomacy so that we once again have the strength and standing to truly lead the world.”

Oh, ok. Umm...I have a few questions Mr. Present ...er...a...Mr. president,

• Is that why you sent our CIA to watch polar ice melt because you were up day and night worried about our safety? CIA Resources Diverted to Climate Change



• Is that why you took 3 days to address the nation, An Absentee and Complacent President but you stopped your golf game right away for your friend’s hurt child? Terrible thing to have happen, a hurt child, but it’s not 300 people who are all probably suffering PSTD over what might have been their last Christmas Day on this earth!



• Is that why you aren’t demanding resignations yet because you are so concerned about our safety?

Here, let me help you. I’ll start the list and list the reasons for you…

Hillary Clinton – Besides the fact that Hillary Clinton's Agency Issued the Terrorist's Visa, she decides she wants to take more of our safety, not to mention our Constitutional Rights away by committing her intention to sign the UN Small Arms Treaty. 2. Janet “The System Worked” Napolitano with her “what she says” BS….Napolitano: No indication of larger terror plot (which means our beliefs at this point in time must be exactly the opposite)! Especially considering this little gem ….Warning on Detroit suspect didn't rise above the 'noise' OH! And this, Homeland Security’s National Operations Center ‘Unable’ to Do Its Job, Inspector General Finds, who couldn’t manage to implement National Security (Secretary Napolitano Delays Implementation of Crucial National Security Law). Then this lovely statement, as if she finally figured out we aren’t all as stupid as she looks Napolitano Now Says Airline Security System Failed.



3. Souther’s - before he ever gets back in front of the Senate, simply because he is not ethical TSA Nominee Misled Congress; White House Defends: and he wants to unionize the biggest cluster#^@% ever to be formed (Caught: TSA pick boasts of 'joining' security with unions) which most of those genius’s in Congress wrote and approved.



4. Whoever is in charge of TSA currently – “Arrest em” Hawley (Traveller detained by TSA for calling head of TSA an idiot) or whoever is in acting head of that disaster continuing to happen (Attacks on screeners could endanger passengers, TSA workers say). Oh and by the way, while you are firing what's his name, don’t blame DeMint on your own failures as a president with-a-little-p because we know You Waited 8 Months To Appoint a New TSA Head. You weren't in too much of a hurry to do your duty…must not have had too many sleepless nights....



5. Eric Holder, because he is one of the biggest detriments (White House: Justice Dept. made decision to hold Detroit bomber in civilian justice system) to your performance as Trainee in Chief with his hell bent "read ‘em their Miranda rights" dictates. So much so that NYC Mayor Bloomberg Has to Say Security for KSM Terror Trial to Cost $216 Million of which charges I’m pretty sure will mean that besides completely offending the majority of Americans also will be deducted directly out of our paychecks. You remember we the people? The taxpaying citizenry, whom as you say, it is your most important job to protect, right? Meanwhile he tops that little gem off (by your direction) by ordering the arrest Navy Seals, Navy SEALs Face Assault Charges for Capturing Most-Wanted ...! Those guys are over there, WILLING TO DIE IN THEIR DUTY TO PROTECT US, and you are REALLY going to try them for slapping an enemy combatant? Really? And you dare call yourself presidential? Can I just say SIR, The Judiciary is No Place to Make National Security Decisions! Fire him! Otherwise we wonder exactly what you are trying to say here with this absolute nonsense of trying terrorists in American courts... IOU’s at the Center of Obama’s Capitulation to Russia?

In an afternoon report from Reuters on September 17, 2009, we see the headline Obama helps strengthen General Electric-Putin Ties. This article effectively suggests that our President sold America out for IOU’s to GE and Wall Street thugs for campaign promises. Might that also be for future election coffer fattening purposes as well? Purposes that serve only him and perhaps a select few governmentally symbiotic corporations and news outlets who want the deal of a lifetime. And I quote:

"Shortly after the pullback on the shield programme was announced, Russia's government said Prime Minister Vladimir Putin would meet several U.S. executives on Friday from firms including General Electric, Morgan Stanley as well as TPG, one of the world's largest private equity firms."

I can’t believe what I am reading. I don’t want to believe what I am reading, but there it is. Right there in black and white on the front page of the Washington Examiner. I am sick. Not only are the American Taxpayers on the hook for IOU’s to the Unions, but apparently our liberty, freedom and safety are on the block too. This audacious man (The “Won” who poses to be the President of the United States with ACORN laden votes and deal sealing election returns) will actually risk our safety by scrapping our “peaceful” means of protection (that I might add I am loathe to figure out - if Russia is our “friend” as they claim to be - they would be upset about in the first place) for freaking IOU's!

Before I continue any further on the theme though, let’s digest that last parenthesized thought for just a second. If I understand Russia's "concern" here, had we continued with the Missile Shield Program, Russia would continue to be upset… Why is that? It’s not like we are aiming missiles at them, we are simply shielding those that might come our way from Iran or N. Korea. Right? Doesn't it make you wonder why that would "concern" a country… unless of course they thought perhaps there may come a day where they, too, would feel the need to threaten to pop a few over the border themselves….

But nooooo. It’s about giving his buddies at GE, at TPG and at Morgan Stanley a leg up in the region. More union IOU’s, a posh seat for MSNBC at the table (by association to GE), as well as a few more investment banker favors - as if he isn’t holding the American Taxpayer hostage to the likes of union and Wall Street thugs enough already?

So now we find out that it’s all about the money…. Really? Our safety and our Sovereignty are sold to the highest bidder? Are "We the People" a tradable commodity for the padding of special interest and election coffers? Our country is no longer concerned about its own, let alone the people Russia could care less about while they turn off their heating fuel, causing them freeze to death in the worst winter on record.

This, my friends, is what we get with “Change” and “Hope”. Did we really just exchange 222 years (on Constitution Day no less) of our freedom and sovereignty for IOU's? Did we just waste 30 years of hard work by this and other nations, who collectively worked and bled hard to specifically end the horrors of the Cold War? Did we really just sell out the struggle that these ex-satellite countries have undergone to gain a little of their own rightful sovereignty from the great beast Russia, just as they were beginning to work? We, the great defender of democracy that we are? All for money? All for more profits and a fatter reelection account?

Can this be treason for no other reason than the man makes a deal with the wolf in sheep's clothing without concession one from said wolf? I don’t see how it couldn’t! People! WE NEED TO WAKE TF UP! We have to put an end to this madness!

I am telling you now…this is not an accident that ‘The Won’ did this on Constitution day and on the 70th anniversary of the Soviet invasion into Poland!! This was not an accident at all. This act on this day was not any more an accident than bobbing for quarters before the King of Saudi Arabia was an accident.

No friends, this was a message. Loud and Clear. This is significant in and of its own right, and I firmly believe history will prove that statement true. Nothing this man does is without symbolism and this is the biggest symbolic move he could provide the world. That is exactly what he did. He delivered the message while putting the final big screws to the coffin of our Constitution - on Constitution Day - in front of the whole freaking world.

Well, I just guess that makes Sept 17, 2009 another day that will go down in infamy, doesn’t it?

Putin tipped the celebratory glass of frozen Vodka this morning as he got exactly what he wanted and he had to make no concessions to get exactly what he wanted (still wondering why he wanted it) while Obama sold out democracy in one fell swoop - all for a past and a future election and mo’ power with the devils that be.

Oh how Winston Churchill is rolling over in his grave right now! The poor heroic corpse must feel like a top! The entirety of Churchill’s last years were trying (unsuccessfully) to convince Eisenhower and others of the grave danger of this behemoth we once (and soon will again) called the Soviet Bloc.

Now here we are 30 years after the biggest victory in recent history, just handing it right back to them. We are dumping on the freedom-seeking Slav nations in such a devastating way - and we do so without passing go. We are headed straight back to the cold war as soon as Russia can threaten and undermine the fledging sovereign countries of Ukraine, Georgia and a few other key States. Do not doubt that this is where we are headed or - God Almighty forbid - worse.

It is a documented fact that Russia is in bed with Iran. They are making a lot of squeaky noises, overtures and sometimes outright war gestures to their former States. Germany, Israel and other key allies completely believe that Iran is in fact building nuclear weapons, but our White House is so loaded down with Bo's ho’s who wouldn’t disagree with “the Won” even if they were threatened within an inch of their lives, that even if they did disagree, they wouldn't admit the disagreement. Bought, sold and guaranteed a select spot in the Post-American world, they will do whatever he or his minions request.

No one questioned why The Won was able to raise all that money, which devil he had sold his soul to then…but gosh, I guess we know now don’t we? That would be Brezhnev, Soros, Rockefeller, Kissinger, the UN chief Ban Ki-moon, the Union Lords, Wall Street, and who else can we list here….God knows we can’t list them all – there simply isn’t enough room!

Say farewell to your Sovereignty, America. Your final bill just came due and payable. You are now officially a banana republic replete with bought elections and the selling of the people’s wages for whatever deal guarantees that "The Won" who is in power, stays in power. Watch your bank account for that is the only thing between you and complete serfdom.

Is The Cold War Heating Up?

Today President Obama announced that the planned Missile Shield Program in Czech Republic and Poland Have Been Scrapped. I am going to try to explain why it is so very important that we have these missile shields in place as quickly as possible and show how very dangerous shutting down the Missile Shield Program is to America and the EU. With this move on President Obama’s part, it is a given that the efforts of President Reagan, culminating to the end of the Cold War are about to be undone and we must be aware of that fact.

Let’s start with an article from January of this year, over a Natural Gas crisis between Russia and the Ukraine.

As the story goes, Russia supplies 20% of Europe’s heating fuel through a series of pipes that run through the Ukraine, which (as of 2004) is now an independent State. Qualify this story with the larger fact that Russia wants Ukraine back, along with Georgia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and numerous other States that used to belong to the USSR (most of whom now control certain key natural resources or infrastructure that used to belong to the Kremlin) and the little fact that the Kremlin never was truly happy sharing the power with anyone, let alone those who were once subservient to them. That is one big huge ego slap to the Kremlin and they do not like it, not one little bit.

In the midst of a freezing winter, Russia stopped supplying Ukraine with gas that Ukraine was beholden to send through its pipelines to supply 15 EU countries with a fifth of its required gas for heating. It appeared on the surface that Russia said, “Um no. I’m not selling you the gas anymore, Ukraine, to deliver to all these fine people. In fact, I am going to hold it hostage while people freeze until you agree to my deal. My deal (step one of the taking of the Ukraine) is that I want you to pay FULL market price while I pay discount prices to deliver it through you”.

Well heck, delivery is simply the turning of a valve, albeit the right valve, which Ukraine contends Russia didn’t do as witnessed here. It’s a complex pipeline dedicated to delivering Natural Gas, one that requires regular maintenance which costs money and the proper flow lines that require monitoring, which also costs a lot of money.

The issue to this “reduced delivery price” that Russia forced down Ukraine’s throat, is that Ukraine IS the delivery system, they have pipes to upkeep and Russia doesn’t want to pay those prices while belligerently demanding that Ukraine pay full price for the gas Russia sells them. It’s enough to break the bank for Ukraine, even if the agreement is just for this year until Russia will pay market prices. Any businessperson can do the math on this one. Ukraine could be forced to let those pipes go without maintenance or efficient monitoring to be able to afford the costs of the gas, which could create a multitude of future delivery problems. But no one seems to notice that little problem, let alone intervene in them on behalf of the Ukraine.

None-the-less during the coldest winter in a long time, Ukraine was forced to agree to buy Russia’s gas at $450 per 1000 cubic meters through the entire winter. This is a deal that only offered some relief in price after winter was over, when most countries utilizing the gas would have no more need of the gas.

How untypical is it that a middleman would pay full price for anything that it is responsible for delivering? In the home heating business, one only has a certain amount of months to recoup the cost of doing business, let alone make a profit, and Russia has effectively cut any ability to turn a profit off at the knees even supposing that Ukraine can manage to maintain a breakeven to their customers. There is simply nowhere to go in price once the middleman pays the vendor full price for their product. Not to mention that 2010 will be a whole new deal - once again - that Ukraine will have to get through without freezing out a large part of several ex-Soviet and other EU nations as well.

As it stands now, fifteen countries in the EU were sent scrambling for alternative fuel, while Ukraine had no choice but to sign the hostage agreement (as I am sure they had agreements they were bound to with their customers, in addition to facing the human suffering element and the anger pouring in from their customers).

Meanwhile Russia sat back willing to freeze millions of people in order to further weaken the geopolitical landscape just so they could further their purposes.

Might I remind you this all happened on the heels of the little to do over Georgia’s Oil Reserves where Russia sent several thousand troops into Georgia to prove their point there. Same point, same reason, these were once their resources and they are no longer, a point which Russia seems all too happy to make again and again. The war over Oil with Georgia was a very dangerous game indeed, that so easily could have disintegrated into WWIII given just the right set of circumstances and to which we came closer to seeing happen, than most of us can even fathom.

Ah, but wait! Maybe that wasn’t what Russia said to the Ukraine…according to Moscow, the Ukraine was stealing natural gas, withholding it and not sending it out to get a better deal from their last accord as of Jan 10, 2006 (which was to last 5 years to 2011 as witnessed here). According to Russia, they were just collecting debt. So why, in 2009 was this deal no longer valid? Why, when Ukraine could buy gas at $95 per 1000 cubic meter would they want a new deal now with 2 years to go on such a sweet deal? Good question. The Ukraine didn’t. Russia breached and Russia lied about the reason why. Russia says it was two-fold; Ukraine wasn’t paying their bill (at $95 when they could turn around and sell it for $450? I seriously doubt they weren’t paying their bills) and Russia wanted higher prices. Somehow, that story just doesn’t hold water for a new country wanting to succeed outside the grip of the Motherland. Sorry Russia, but most businesses can’t stay afloat without paying their bills and Ukraine knew it would be not only its business, but it would mean State suicide to breach a contract that sweet only 3 years in, while energy prices were going through the roof.

It had to be that Russia didn’t like the deal anymore simply because Ukraine was making better than 300% profit on their gas during the 2008/09 winter season. On the heels of the Georgia War, an accord that was to last 5 years didn’t because Russia breached the contract. Russia simply cut off the gas. They just turned that little valve and said, “Let’s talk”. Millions without gas to heat their homes? 20% of the buying countries, of the population of 15 countries now literally in danger of freezing to death and Russia says “Let’s talk”? That’s one heck of a bully pulpit, isn’t it.

Millions of people nearly froze to death. The EU had to scramble to get electric heaters rushed out, spend a fortune doing so. Ukraine was risking all sorts of lawsuits, not to mention trade and supplier agreement breeches all because Russia didn’t want to miss that huge energy spike, didn’t want Ukraine turning that kind of profit because it might have strengthened their position as an independent State.

No matter how you turn it, that is exactly what Medvedev and Putin decided to do, and it is why they decided to do it. Russia is the same as it always was and America should “reset” nothing because Russia still places power over people and their State welfare over the human element. That is the great thing about holding most of the cards, they can do whatever they want, make it look like the other guy’s fault (Georgia being another point in case, Iran a third) and they can get away with it because no one can audit the truth in Russia, there are simply way too many layers.

Yushchenko (Ukraine’s President) seems to think that it is all about Russia destabilizing Ukraine (and other regions dependent on them, most of which were formerly known as the Soviet Bloc). I tend to agree as I look at all the arguments, along with the fact that Russia was selling at a loss based on the former accord and the Ukraine was reselling at a significant profit, making their weak new little State just that much stronger. So they reach an unstable deal, whose time is nearly up, and which makes the EU quite nervous. Then suddenly we see this article stating that they are entering a new crisis. Russia is speaking those fighting words again…Russia’s pushing it again and a new crisis is about to begin…um…let’s see, just a few weeks before winter sets in? Gee Wilikers, isn’t that just grand timing?

Let’s understand this. Russia is flexing its big communist muscles and Russia wants to turn back to the good old days where they were a superpower and they owned all the land, infrastructure, and power. Simply put, they want to recreate the Soviet Union.

This means they will be quite happy about the reports of Obama stopping the shield system plans. The Ukraine government and the EU know this. That is why, whether the people of Ukraine understand the truth or not, Ukraine is standing strong (as strong as an independent country of only 5 years can stand, that is) against a giant machine.

Russia is taking a low key approach hoping the people who aren’t too keen on the recently separated State will revolt, and they are busy doing just what they do as communists, quietly feeding the opposition funds and encouragement to revolt to destabilize Ukraine further; kind of like an ACORN on steroids with ALL the money at its disposal.

The Ukraine State is in turn, understandably taking a more aggressive role towards Russia’s military encroachment and is actually stopping and searching weapons transfers and placing limits, as weak as they may be, on Russia’s coming and goings.

Russia is blustering that it is our fault they can’t join the WTO, meanwhile they are increasing their aggressions against Georgia again and they are damn close to finishing their own new air defense system.

Do we have any idea how far back this will set us? This will set us all the way back to the cold war or worse, especially in light of Russia’s friendship with Iran. In his inexperience, our President is squandering our sovereignty, seemingly by order of the UN, Soros, and the like. For what? Why are we cancelling that Shield System?

For us, however (you know, the ones who supposedly believe in democracy and the capitalist system), the removal of our shields and the carte blanche ticket to power we are handing Russia in our misguided effort to “reset” relations, Ukraine and Georgia might be the only hopes we have left to stop a new Cold War and/or energy war. They are our friends. Russia will only be as long as it suits her to regain her superpower status, and by then we will be too weakened from internal strife and debt to do a damn thing about it. They know it, we know it and the rest of the world knows it.

What I want to know is, “What are We the People going do about it”? Can we have a grown up in the White House? Please? The old Soviet Union wants their power back and it looks as though we are party to laying it all in their laps with this move. It will be a very interesting few years indeed.

Dear Mr. Olbermann:

You are so right about Glenn Beck. What a freak! How could he actually expose Van Jones as nothing more than Obama’s brilliant pick for Green Jobs leader? I mean even though the guy may have said and obviously believes some very strong ideas and ways that might seem a little out there, like that America flew planes into her own building and white people purposefully poison young black children, but why would crazy ideas affect his job performance or make him lean a little bit prejudiced against all those asshole republicans, anyway?

Beck on the other hand – he just pretends – it’s all show, you are so right to go after him in such an obvious smear campaign! He couldn’t actually believe in strong ways himself about this country and its leaders and he must be silenced at all costs! He’s just a showman, a comedian – who could ever believe him about anything? You know, I heard that he is a recovering alcoholic and that he bashed Bush just as bad as he bashed Obama, but he isn’t our friend against any corrupt government because we like the leaders we elect and we have to just refuse to see the writing on the wall.

After all, there is You. You are a serious newsman and you are taking your training as a sportscaster to prove how right Obama is, ignoring the facts that just don’t fit or what you didn’t see with your own eyes, just like the referee’s you used to cover. You paid your dues, right? So what’s wrong with that? Sportcaster is so obviously way above comedian and hey, we all gotta get our start somewhere and work our way up so we can pad the welfare rolls for all our hard work, right? We don’t want the TRUTH about someone in such a high level position who is not accountable to anyone but our beloved leader, we just want to live in Candyland and have the Candyman give us everything he can, right? Even if it means stealing your earnings so I can send my kids to college for free. That’s okay with you, right? If that means we turn our heads away from dissenting ex-wino’s and start an all out smear campaign, calling on all dirt on the dailykos like you did. Hell, we can differentiate between a one-sided sportcaster and equal play comedian.
