Ah, the old sayings, so full of wisdom....Too Soon Old, Too Late Schmart...How true it is.

Fellow freedom fighters, let's not make that same mistake in our efforts to take our country back.

Today I came across an article in WaPo titled "With midterms approaching, GOP outmatched by Democrats on campaign funds"

"The Republican Party's strategy since early last year of lock-step opposition to the Obama administration's major legislative initiatives has proved to be less bankable than some party leaders may have anticipated.

With eight months to go before congressional elections, House and Senate Democratic candidates exceed in virtually every important campaign fundraising category. Democratic House lawmakers appear likely to reverse their seven-cycle record of being outspent by House Republicans, according to recent finance reports.

Democrats in both chambers are enjoying the traditional advantages of majority-party status -- and then some. They lead in donations by political action committees, by committees affiliated with the national political parties or with House and Senate leaders, and in individual contributions to incumbent lawmakers. In some instances, their lead exceeds what the Republicans had when that party controlled both chambers in the 2005-06 midterm election cycle.

To no surprise, analysts differ by party on the causes and significance of the disparity. Some Republicans say a donations surge may still come in the campaign's final months, particularly as the party courts new, small donors outside Washington. They also complain that donations to party stalwarts have been affected by internal squabbles with rebellious tea partiers, which they hope will end soon."

In our desire to return to our roots, to our constitutional values we all hold so dear, we are failing to realize the political realities of the near future. The consequences of our stubborn rebellion and anger will be our undoing if we are not very careful to turn that old Irish saying around on ourselves VERY QUICKLY. We need to become Very Soon Schmart!

While we want absolutely no liberal leaning in our candidates, we cannot have that...that is akin to a perfect world and if by our age, we don't realize that nothing is perfect, then we lose.

If we are to have a hope of at least not funding the healthcare bill, to unseat Pelosi, Reid and every other democrat who voted for this monstrosity of a freedom stealing bill and to destroy Obama's plan, getting him out of office in 1022 days in order to repeal this bill, then we must unite and we MUST be smart about it. As much as we may hate the thought of electing a less than perfect candidate, we are stuck with two parties, lest you forget Bush 1 losing to Clinton because of Perot.

Later; after we get this whole team out of office, elect a conservative president, and repeal this bill; then we can look at reforming the GOP as Reagan did in the 60's. Until then we must be content and resigned to color inside the lines. Until then, if you are a Reagan Democrat, work within your party, join your precinct, take back your party and you Reagan Republicans, Reagan Libertarians, Reagan Independents, do the same thing. If we 180 or so Million Conservatives(assuming by the latest polls that 60% of us are now awake) who don't like what is happening to our country, with the healthcare bill, the EPA regulations circumventing our constitutional process as it turns Global Warming into redistributive law and all the rest of their socialist progress can't turn it around in a single election cycle, then we deserve exactly what we get.

We must stop beating up on our own. Remember what Reagan said...never speak ill of another Republican! Don't buy the MSM efforts to discredit the GOP chairman regardless of whether it bothers you that someone took the YR to a lesbian S & M joint or not....the Dems have done MUCH worse, but they don't eat their own.

The progressives will win if we do not learn this lesson quickly. We need to get off the chairman's back, we need to shrug it off, ask him to take better care and to realize there are infiltrator's that he is dealing with in his organization the same as there are infiltrator's we are dealing with. Stop the sibling rivalry and win this one for the Gipper, friends -or risk losing our country - perhaps forever. So open your checkbooks, work to get the best Republican you are handed elected, ignore the Tea Party infiltrators from the bowels of Harry Reid's evil devises, forgive the less than perfect for their wrong and once in, hold them to the right!

Remember who the true teabaggers are and they are not us, they are those very same infiltrators made destructive by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi.

The Imminent Death of American Healthcare

A Pre-Decedent Death Vigil Notice

American Healthcare has been given her death panel. She will be sentenced to die of a disease called Socialized Medicine, a disease better known as “Obamacare”.

The President and our legislators Pelosi and Reid tell us her death is to occur on or before Easter 2010. Like the Christmas Eve vote, once again they determine to remove not only the joy of our Christian holiday, but the hope of our future health.

While not perfect, American Healthcare has provided her citizens and the citizens of all nations with comfort and healing throughout the generations. She has given renewed health to the infirm, made the lame to walk, healed the uninsured accident victim, and enabled the cancer victim to walk away cancer free on untold occasions. She has done so without question, regardless of the ability to pay. A miracle worker every day, her hallowed abilities will be sorely missed by all. American Healthcare surely is a hero loved by all.

American Healthcare has treated Kings not as fortunate for medical advancement within their own borders, as well as has provided worldclass treatment for the poorest and sickest of humanity throughout the world. Prime Ministers from socialist countries enter her beds for premier heart surgeries; just as the downtrodden, those found beaten and left for dead on "Anywhere Alley", USA have received the same tender loving care. Untold Millions have exited her doors in restored health - whole and healed. The sick child from Haiti, the Leukemia patient from England, the brain tumor victim from Canada, the Siamese twins from India and we are always welcome in her beds.

Indeed, American Healthcare, along with her helpers, our physicians and nurses, repeatedly open their beds to treat the masses from all walks of life. American healthcare is blind to station, but never to those desperately in need of world class treatment for life threatening conditions – oftentimes at no cost to the patient.

Now we citizens are told they will install panels to decide what treatment we will be permitted to receive. If we are not of prime age or perfect health, we will be given over to death panels whose job it will be to provide us with counseling to end our lives, to order lesser care, or perhaps a letter offering to pay for the drugs for our suicide – all to “insure” 30 million people.

What else will they do? We know they will enter our checking accounts for auto withdrawals, track our health through the IRS, and tax or jail us if we refuse to buy their insurance. We know they will use our tax dollars to provide for abortions and the continued culling of the human race. As was proposed in the American Mecca of socialized medicine (Massachusetts) just Thursday; should we also expect that our faith-based and deeply personal circumcision decisions be outlawed for cost containment reasons?

Once American Healthcare dies, there will be nowhere else in the world for anyone to go for premier care and the newest advancements in medicine. Where can we go where we are assured the best care in the world regardless of our wealth or ability to pay? No other country will offer us what America offers now. Rather, we are being warned by nearly 45% of the doctors that they will no longer be able to afford to practice. They will be forced to retire.

Our taxes will increase, in exchange for receiving substandard care. Our choices will no longer be our own, and our own doctors may very well choose to close their doors.

Please join us to pray for American Healthcare’s miracle – the very miracle she has given so many of us - renewed health and reprieve from certain death. A candlelight vigil for the wellbeing of American Healthcare is scheduled for Sunday, March 7th at NCH Main Hospital in front of the parking garage on US 41 at 7:30 – 8:30 PM. We will meet there this Sunday and every Sunday evening thereafter until we see this big government American Healthcare death panel fail.

Bring your candles, your bibles to “cling to” and the words to the song “We shall Overcome”. We will pray fervently for the death of the Obamacare in order to save the life of American Healthcare.

And Please! If you do not live in the SWFL area, show up at your own main hospitals for a nationwide candlelight prayer vigil tomorrow night. We know it is cold, we know it is short notice, but this is a call for emergency supernatural medicine. As she, American Healthcare, was there for you in your hour of need, please be there for her in her death throes.

When Will We Believe?

1. What if I had told you in October 2008 before the last presidential election, that before Barack Obama's first 100 days in office the federal government would be in control of both the mortgage and the banking industries? That 19 of America's largest banks would be forced to undergo "stress tests" by the federal government which would determine that they were "insufficiently capitalized" so they must be supervised by the government?

Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in America"?

2. What if I had told you that within Barack Obama's first 100 days in office the federal government would be the largest shareholder in two of the US Big Three automakers - GM, and Chrysler? That the government would kick out the CEO's of these companies and appoint hand-picked executives with zero experience in the auto industry and that executive compensation would be determined not by a Board of Directors but by the government?

Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in America"?

3. What if I had told you that Barack Obama would appoint 32 "Czars", without congressional approval, accountable only to him - not to the voters - who would have control over a wide range of US policy decisions? That there would be a Stimulus Accountability Czar, an Urban Czar, a Compensation Czar, an Iran Czar, an Auto Industry Czar, a Cyber Security Czar, an Energy Czar, a Bank Bailout Czar, and more than a 20 other government bureaucrats with unchecked regulatory powers over US domestic and foreign policy? And that the “Regulatory Czar” (The new gatekeeper between the President and HIS CABINET) believes that it is ok to “abort” children up to the AGE OF TWO (or until they understand that “a tomorrow” existed)? Or that Animals should be given the right to appear in court and that a well trained BORDER COLLIE is more valuable to the country than a retarded child (Read his book “Nudge”)?

4. What if I had told you that the federal deficit would be $915 billion in the first six months of the Obama presidency - with a projected annual deficit of $1.75 trillion - triple the $454.8 billion in 2008, for which the
previous administration was highly criticized by Obama and his fellow Democrats? That congress would pass Obama's $3.53 trillion federal budget for fiscal 2010? That the projected deficit over the next ten years would be greater than $10 trillion? What if I had told you that the Obama Justice Department would order FBI agents to read Miranda rights to high-value detainees captured on the battlefield and held at US military detention facilities in Afghanistan? That Obama would order the closing of the Guantanamo detention facility with no plan for the disposition of the 200-plus individuals held there? That several of the suspected terrorists at Guantanamo would be sent to live in freedom in Bermuda at the expense of the US government?

6. What if I had told you that the federal government would seek powers to seize key companies whose failures could "jeopardize the financial system"? That a new regulatory agency would be proposed by Obama to control loans, credit cards, mortgage-backed securities, and other financial products offered to the public?

Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in America"?

7. What if I had told you that Obama would travel to the Middle East, bow before the Saudi king, and repeatedly apologize for America's past actions? That he would travel to Latin America where he would warmly greet Venezuela's strongman Hugo Chavez and sit passively in the audience while Nicaraguan Marxist thug Daniel Ortega charged America with terrorist aggression in Central America? That he would diss Israel and not make a fuss over Iran building nukes, killing freedom fighters or N Korea blowing up missile after missile? Or that Hillary Clinton would go to India this week and tell them that “global warming” was all our fault?

What if I were to tell you that the Cap and Trade Bill passed in Congress says that in order for you to sell your house, you must upgrade anything that is not energy starred to the current standards and that you would have to have a government employee enter your home for inspection, and certification to sell your home? What if I told you these upgrades can include your roof, your appliances, your windows and your plumbing and that they MUST be done BEFORE you put your house on the market?

10. What if I were to tell you that the Healthcare Reform bill now in committee says on Pg 22 that the Government will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self insure, that on PG 50 Section 152, Health Care will be provided to ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise and that on Pg 170 Lines 1-3 it states that any NONRESIDENT Alien is exempt from individual taxes (Americans will pay)? Or that on Pg 239 Line 14-24 it says that government will reduce physician services for Medicaid (Seniors, low income, poor affected) or that on Pg 354 Sec 1177 – it says they will RESTRICT enrollment of Special needs persons and that on PG 427 Lines 15-24 it says they have even the right to mandate programs on orders to end your life. The Government has a say in how your life ends. Or that on Pg 59 HC Bill lines 21-24 it states the Government will have direct access to your banks accounts for funds transfers? 11. Okay, now what if I were to tell you that Obama wants to dismantle conservative talk radio through the imposition of a new "Fairness Doctrine"? That he wants to curtail the First Amendment rights of those who may disagree with his policies via internet blogs, cable news networks, or advocacy ads?

Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America"?

12. What if I were to tell you that the Obama Justice Department wants to limit your Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms? That the federal government wants to reinstate the so-called "assault weapons" ban which would prohibit the sale of any type of firearm that doesn't require the shooter to pull the trigger every time a round is fired? That Obama's Attorney General also wants to eliminate the sale of virtually all handguns, which most citizens choose for self-defense?

Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America"?

13.. What if I were to tell you that the Obama plan is to eliminate states' rights guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment and give the federal government sweeping new powers over policies currently under the province of local and state governments and voted on by the people? That Obama plans to control the schools, energy production, the environment, health care, and the wealth of every US citizen?

Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America"?

14. What if I were to tell you that the president, the courts, and the federal government have ignored the US Constitution and have seized powers which the founders of our country fought to restrict? That our last
presidential election may have been our last truly free election for some time to come? That our next presidential election may look similar to the one recently held in Iran?

I know, I know what you say, "That will never happen in America".

15. What if I told you that there will be even more of this to come in the next few years?

I know what you’d say, "That will never happen in America”.

Well, I’ve got some really bad news for you: It did happen and more of it will happen!!

Please wake up America! Please start now and realize that although it might be too late, we still have a fighting chance if we all get involved! Write and Call your representatives. Go to tea parties. Join a group. Cry out from the rooftops! The camps are next and if we do not believe that, we did not learn our history very well.

Reid's Threatening the Use of Reconciliation HUH?

The lovely and gracious Senator Reid is on the bandwagon once again! How fun! I have to ask myself, "Whatever would we do without the entertainment?"

Today he says he is going to use the oft unused Reconciliation Rule to lock Republicans out of a say on the healthcare bill. This means it only takes 51 votes instead of 60 to lock out a filibuster. And he has the bumbling VP Biden to cast his vote should he need him. (Hopefully he won't use the "f" word on the live mic while he's voting!)

God love Harry Reid (because no one else does).

Oh how our joyous "Spirit of Bipartisanship" (as touted so loudly by Obama) is once again out the window. It is now replaced with the resounding taunts of bullies everywhere - "Nanny-nanny, boo-boo! We aren't going to let you have a say in our Healthcare policy, you dirty dog Republicans, you! We are going to make it next to impossible for you to filibuster and you can't make us! Nanny-nanny boo-boo, Suckers!"

Well, good. This fed up musing mind of mine says, "Have at it, Mr. Reid. Just Keep It Up! I hope you understand that this means that you WILL lose your seat next election Mr. Reid. If I (and other's like me) have to sell everything we own to give it all to the Conservative contender, work our little feet to bloody stumps stumping for the other guy, call all our friends in the lovely State of Nevada and generally do everything we possibly can in a legal sense to make your life a living hell every day of your campaign. We promise sir, we will do just that. In fact, many of us simply can't wait for the celebration as we stand on election night to see you ushered directly into the netherworld of 'We just aren't that into you.'"
