One law for one creature; it works in the wild, why can’t it work in human race? In examining the most current hate crime bill, the one they will or have already attached as an amendment to some completely unrelated law like, oh, the Defense Appropriations bill for instance; I witness a duality that does not, nor can it exist in nature. If it doesn’t exist in nature, then it must be unnatural; right?

So it is.

If I am a black woman and a white man rapes me, it is a hate crime. If I am an Asian woman and a white woman knocks me down to steal my purse, it must be a hate crime. If I am a white woman and an Asian, Black, Indian, a gay woman, a Jewish man or now even a pedophile rapes me (or my kid), it is not because of hate.

Why is that? Frankly, as the victim, I don’t care if you are black, red, white, yellow, brown or even if you took so much silver in your life, you are now permanently blue; I am feeling like that was a pretty hateful thing you just did to me. You took the most private and spiritual parts of my being as your own without invite, without warning and you purposefully hurt me for your own pleasure, gain, and sick sense of power.

But no, not in America. A person of color gets off easier simply because I am white and you are not. You get privileges, you get “counseling”, you get TV, radio, 3 squares, workout rooms and internet for free while I try to piece my life, or God forbid, the life of my child back together again. Yet if a white man does it to one of another color or race, he gets a Federal offense. He gets high security federal prison time, locked in his cage, only to be let out once a day like a dog. Frankly, all criminals should receive the same treatment for an equal crime, simply because they hurt someone else. The very fact of me being cream colored now says I am the only race capable of feeling prejudice and I am the only race who is recidivistic, there is no cure for me.

No matter it was a white man, and a Republican, President Grant who fought an uphill battle against all the democrats to gain blacks the right to vote. No notice that it was a white man, a Progressive Democrat, President Roosevelt, who added the Asian race category to the census so that he could easily round up the Asians and place them in internment camps here in the US. Or that Martin Luther King Jr himself was a Republican because they were the party to free the black man, the ones who thought it so wrong that blacks were segregated.

All whites are now considered inherently evil as the Democrats usurped the titled of the “freer” in the country. We are told now that whites think they are a master race bent on enslaving those who don’t look the same, therefore are singled out to be the only peoples capable to use another to gain pleasure, a sick sense of power or as a means to an end.

I have news for you. My ancestors were quite a mix, I am the great granddaughter of a mixed male, born on a plantation of a slave woman, my grandmother was first listed as a MF (mixed female). I am the great, 5 x’s over granddaughter of one who was the interim 2nd governor of Maryland, and cousin to another who was one of the first Senators of W VA. I am the great 2x granddaughter of an American Indian, and I am also English, German, Irish and who knows what else. I am the great granddaughter of a Medal of Honor winner who fought for the north in the Civil War, even though he was from the south, and I am a DAR. I guess that kind of makes me nearly all people, even though I appear cream colored.

I don’t notice color, creed, last names, handicap, or any other differences. I am just a human living in the human race. I am a Republican who is disappointed in her party, feeling quite let down by the Bush’s and the party and I am an American as red, white and blue as they come, with an education and a worldly outlook, interested in other lands and other people. I am a believer in creation, a believer in my 2nd Amendment rights, a believer in second chances and the frailty of the human condition. I don’t care if you are gay or straight and have friends of both persuasions and all races. But if you ever hurt me or mine, then I don’t like you. I see you are a hater. I don’t care your color, I don’t care your breeding, and I certainly don’t care your station in life.

I don’t owe blacks a thing, I don’t owe Germans a thing, I don’t owe anyone anything except maybe my creditors, people of many races bore me and those before me, that is all. Don’t talk to me about hate, because I wouldn’t hurt a fly. Don’t talk to me about reparations because I didn’t do anything to you. I am simply trying to live my life, do my best for my family, and make sense of an upside down world. A new world order where a man loses his job because he chased down an attempted bank robber and held him until the police came, or a white woman who is only trying to be a good Samaritan for a black man’s empty house who is now labeled a racist! A world where folks like that used to be lauded for their community service, are now belittled and ruined by mass hysteria you, Barrack Obama started.

Do not talk to me anymore, Barrack. Your fruits do plenty enough of that. Your ACORN Cloward-Priven Strategies and Alinsky Rules have taught me well that you will the use the poor and the downtrodden for your own gain. You will tell them enough times whatever you think they will buy, in order to get them to back you so you can steal from them and the rest of us. You are a thief of the worst sort; you steal the innocent minds of the country of truth and reasonableness.

You walk two paces ahead of your poor friend Mr. Gates as he tried to get down the stairs of the White house, in your "hard-working-dude" rolled up shirtsleeves, while the awful “recidivist white racist officer Crowley” was the one to take your friends arm and aid your handicapped friend down the steps.

The picture says it all. You are a narcissist liar of the worst sort who believes he is royalty, not a man who puts his pants on the exact same way we all do.



You want a nation to believe that whites are the destructors of all freedoms; whites are the haters, when in reality your very being oozes all the hatreds of hell in everything that you do.

You are the racist, you are not my President, and I don’t like you. You are the hater and I am sick of being pinned with your labels of racist and coward. You can have them back and I hope you wear them well for the hater racist coward that you are. You have failed a nation Mr. President for your own gain and assumed royalty.

America - The Beacon of Hope to the World

George Washington wrote, “I am sure that never was a people, who had more reason to acknowledge a Divine interposition in their affairs, than those of the United States; and I should be pained to believe that they have forgotten that agency, which was so often manifested during our Revolution, or that they failed to consider the omnipotence of that God who is alone able to protect them.” - The writing of George Washington, by John C. Fitzpatrick, GPO, 1931 – 44. Vol 32:2

By this statement, we know that George Washington understood a truth; that God allowed a group of militias to unite to overthrow the mighty British army, whose job it was to uphold the tyrannical rule of the British Empire over the colonies.

When I read his writings, I believe that George Washington sensed the reason for God’s favor on those patriots included an important point – one that I see us moving farther away from as a nation. Namely that God had given a vision to these believing patriots to ensure that our country would be a model, a "Beacon of Hope" to the world. These patriots knew from where their strength came. They knew they were operating under the blessings and by the direction of the One who could lead them from tyranny to liberty. The Constitution of the United States of America is, among other things, a testimony to this reality.

George Washington knew that it would take the American people working together to uphold the principles of our country that are manifested by the United States Constitution. The principles are the reason that he and so many others had sacrificed their comfort, security, health, and ultimately for many, their lives. He knew that winning our independence was nothing short of a miracle, and that our “experiment” as a republic with a distributed form of government led by the people would fail if we failed to remember what would make it succeed – to continue to be the Beacon of Hope – One Nation, Under God.

Our Statue of Liberty declares to the world, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me. I lift my lamp beside the golden door!” Lady Liberty is a symbol of our own freedom from tyranny and is a symbol of hope the rest of the world. However, a statue with words, or a government making new laws will not endow the American People or the immigrants who have entered her shores with the strength to uphold such lofty ideals. We are a free people, endowed by our Creator to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and we are given a heady responsibility to care for our fellow man while ensuring the continuation of the Republic. Without God, freedom becomes impossible to maintain. It is when the American people remember that those words etched on Lady Liberty by human hands, has a deeper meaning when we believe in our God and His offer - “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest”.

How far have we strayed from these truths? Our elected leaders apologize to the Leaders of these "huddled masses" for what our country has done. Our leaders, elected and unelected are taking significant steps to give up our hard fought sovereignty to be part of a global central government, a one world order, whose goal it is to usurp the moniker "beacon of hope". Our President is trying to convince other nations who have watched the true Beacon of Hope become the leader of the free world through these 200 years that we are no longer a Christian nation.

Of course, these leaders are not the first Americans who deny that it was and continues to be the blessings of our Creator that has allowed the miracle of our nation to occur. These are simply the first leaders to be in a position of power, and to the have benefit of a global stage, enabled by technology and own the media to such an extent that they can get away with making these proclamations. These are the first leaders of the free world to have the ability to take advantage of the momentum and traction of an emerging, powerful global central government whose viability has been enhanced by a global financial crisis not seen since the Great Depression.

It is up to the American people to remember what has allowed us to be the leader of the free world. We need to remember why we are the nation with more immigrants every year than any other nation – it is because we are the Beacon of Hope.

Those of us that understand these truths need to remind our family, friends and neighbors that are old enough to remember the time when we prayed the Lord’s Prayer and pledged our allegiance to our flag every morning at school. We need to take the time to explain to the under 40 set that we did this every morning of every school day so the American people would never forget why we are blessed to live in the greatest nation the earth has ever known.

If we know the truth, the truth shall make us free. If we speak the truth in love, our numbers will increase. If the numbers increase a grass roots force will exist who know these truths, remember them every day, and share them whenever possible. Then and only then will we have listened to the advice given by the father of our great nation and we will be obedient to our Heavenly Father. Then and only then will we prevail and be able to stop the momentum being caused by those who are making sure they "do not allow a serious crisis go to waste".

Where There’s Smoke, There’s Mirrors

My internet and my phone line oddly fried this week, one after the other, so although I have had trouble getting online, I haven’t had trouble following the news. The news this week has been triply disturbing, as have the weird things going on with my life and the life of my partner in activism, the co-leader to our group of conservatives. In her case, her internet was flagged because of a benign email about getting our small weekly groups going. The phrase that was at odds with AOL’s TOS agreement was “organizing small groups”. She was roundly scolded that email is for fun and entertainment and this email did not “fit into” that category, therefore if she persisted, her account would be closed. She was also unable to reply or to print her emails, only to delete them. She was able to get this decision reversed…but the question remains for how long will that last?

Hmmm. I don’t know…Anyway, all this aside, the real smoke and mirrors is the White House this week, and this is where I shall focus the rest of my efforts in this blog.

The Smoke

The White House flip-flopped again, this time on the release of memos of our simulated drowning and other "insect letting" on terrorists who have attacked our country. Then the White House oddly flipped back on Thursday. Do we ask ourselves why???

The Mirrors

We must remember that Obama does nothing without an agenda and that he creates diversion through smoke so the mirrors do not reflect what he is really doing to our country under the cover of said smoke. What else happened during this recent 4-day period?

Obama went after credit card companies early this week.

He told them that they WILL issue credit, massive amounts of credit, even though a staggering one out of six people are not paying their credit card bills, and that the great benevolent government will supply them with their privatized gains, while publicizing their losses. As an interesting side note, American Express, who was not the holder of credit, the money in most cases, but a pass through Credit Company, signed on last November to become a “bank” so they would be able to cash in on the government handouts. In December, they were approved. Since then their losses have been a staggering 56%. They want out. Obama doesn’t want to let them out. With a sixth of the payments becoming chargebacks, how exactly will this work to help us out of financial demise?

Obama went after the banks this week.

He used his bully pulpit and the media against them to switch up the TARP rules to trade the Preferred Shares we agreed upon in October to common shares. This will negate the ability for our Tax coffers to be paid out first and best in dividends, relieving the American people of a bit of the great burden of the bailout through dividends through profits. It will also mean that if any of these banks go belly up, our tax coffers will not be the first to receive payouts in assets, again relieving the American taxpayer of a bit of the great burden. What it will do however, is to give our government the ability to vote on the shares. You can’t vote on preferred shares, but you can vote on common shares. Therein lays the sting, the completion of the nationalization of the banks, otherwise known as the first step in the government controlling all aspects of our lives through credit and banking.

Obama stated we will release the Uighur GITMO detainees into America this week.

Obama has stated that as many as seven GITMO detainees will be freed in the United States, which not only endangers the lives of American citizens, but more importantly is a violation of U.S. law. Known as the "Uighurs", they were captured on the Pakistan-Afghanistan border and were trained at the al-Qaeda affiliated East Turkistan Islamic Movement ("ETIM") Tora Bora camp while the military was hot on the trail of Osama Bin Laden. Obama Bin Lyin’ says we will protect these men and let them free in America. Quotes "The Obama administration is preparing to free into the United States Chinese Muslims being held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the first release of any of the detainees into this country, according to current and former U.S. officials." – Chicago Tribune and "Officials have not said where in the United States they (Uighurs) might live. But many Uighur immigrants from China live in Washington's Virginia suburbs, and advocates have urged that the detainees be resettled near people who speak their language and are familiar with their customs." – Los Angeles Times

Obama pushed through his agenda on the Healthcare bill this week.

Obama has pushed through his agenda on healthcare, to be voted on next week. With socialized medicine comes rationing. Who among us is prepared for being “queued” for a gall bladder removal or a hip replacement, who among us is prepared for being left to die “in dignity” if we are 80, otherwise healthy and happen to get an infection that requires aggressive and expensive treatment? I dare say none of us is prepared for that eventuality, but an eventuality it is. You cannot have it both ways, free and without strings. The strings are rationing and queuing.

Obama used the memos to reflect attention away from the HR 1913 Hate Crimes Bill.

Obama has used the memos uproar to up the ante in the HR1913 Hate Crimes bill being heard this week and being voted on April 29th. This bill, in short protects sexual behaviors by refusing to define sexual orientation and gender identity, imposes greater penalties on pastors for Bible Speech than child molesters, forces to remove the Findings Section--fraudulent basis for the legislation, equates bizarre sexual behaviors with race, religion and ethnicity and lays the legal foundation and framework to investigate, prosecute and persecute pastors, Bible teachers, Sunday School teachers, youth leaders, Christian counselors, religious broadcasters, etc. which have been protected by the First Amendment.

There is more, so much more. But this ought to keep your mind busy enough for now. Where there is smoke in this administration, there are mirrors, do not doubt that. Be on the lookout under the cover of next weeks burdeoning new smoke screen, the new "Swine Flu" outbreak. He will use this coverage and fear to release a whole new host of hidden agenda's. God help us all. Don't fear an outbreak, just use common sense, use a mask, wash your hands, restrict unnecessary travel right now, eat well, and take your vitamins.

Cut through the noise, do not be distracted, and keep an eye on the small print as well as on the bills. Fight back people, before we can fight back no more.

Oh Goody! Yet Another "Czar" Proposal

Czar - (n) an emperor or king, an autocratic ruler or leader, any person exercising great power or authority in any field.

Imagine my surprise when perusing today's Drudge Report, the announcement of a proposal for yet another "Czar", this one of the Cybersecurity sort!

Yes, it's true. As early as today we will see a new bill announced that would, are you ready for this one gang? Federalize Cybersecurity! Proposed by Rockefeller (D - WVA) and our dear RINO in sheep's clothing Olympia Snowe (R -cough- ME), the stated intent has far reaching consequences for all.

I would love to know what you think about this new proposal - especially if you are a small business owner, a blogger, or a taxpayer!

According to the Washington Post and I quote:

"Addressing what intelligence officials describe as a gaping vulnerability, the legislation also calls for the appointment of a White House cybersecurity "czar" with unprecedented authority to shut down computer networks, including private ones [italics mine], if a cyberattack is underway, the officials said."

They want to be able to shut down private networks? Hmmmm. Interesting.

Would that, better yet, could that be used to shut down private networks that possibly do not agree with them in the name of Cybersecurity?

Could this government imposed autocratic ruler possibly tell me that my blog, or my business for that matter, represents a National Security Breach to them and unilaterally decide to shut me down...leave my voice silenced...leave my customers in the lurch for my web SAAS product?

It amazes me how this group in government will use any excuse to steal more rights away. Wait, amaze just isn't a strong enough word. Astounds would be more appropriate. No. You know what? The mandate to make use of the "Opportunity of Crisis" has gone so far beyond the pale that I have no words for their audacity left in my vocabulary to express my OUTRAGE properly!

I vote no on any attempt to interfere with private enterprise matters unless said private business is not paying their taxes or treating their employees according to the laws already on the books.

In fact, I vote NO on this entire 111th Congress!
